Dumplings with pork

Good afternoon, dear readers and fans of cooking. Today you will plunge together with us into the beautiful world of “Opuloniki and spoons”, “pans and forks”, in general in the world of cooking. The crown dish of our today, or maybe evenings, will be dumplings with pork. We will cook for 6 people. It will take it for about an hour. So we take a good mood and march to the kitchen!

So, let’s get down!

For this, we need to take the dish:

100 g of flour, slightly water, 200 g of lean pork, soy paste, 200 g of cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic, salt.

We begin to cook like this:

1 step.) First, pour cold water into the sifted wheat flour. Then knead the steep dough and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Then roll it into a tourniquet with a diameter of about 2 cm and cut into small pieces.

2 step.) Prepare the minced meat. To do this, rinse the pork flesh well under a stream of running water, let dry on a paper towel and pass through a meat grinder with a small grate. Mix the finished minced meat with soy sauce and soy paste.

3 step.) Take a green ray and a head of cabbage. Smalk them finely and little. We try to conscientiously grind the root of ginger, salt and add everything to the minced meat.

4 Step.) Roll each piece of dough in the form of a small round tortilla, put the minced meat on it. Gently pinch the edges.

5 Step.) Put the finished dumplings on trays sprinkled with flour, and store in the freezer.

6 Step.) Serve soy sauce and finely chopped (chopped) garlic to the boiled dumplings.
