This, in turn, forces to activate the processes in the circulatory system.

In addition, active walking and running contribute to weight loss, since during active movements under the skin, fats that accumulate there during the rest of the body are burned. Muscle tone in the lower part of the body also increases, since when walking we work exactly the bottom of the body. The bones also become stronger.

You need to walk and run daily. If the weather does not allow you to run on the street, you can use a treadmill, but it is still better to give priority to fresh street air. Walking at a good pace, you will develop your lungs. In addition, walking or running must be given at least 30 minutes daily, since this will be enough to maintain your body in good physical form.

Do not increase the length of your step when increasing speed. When walking, the speed should be such. So that you can calmly conduct a conversation. When running, you need to monitor your breathing.
