Under the eyes, dark circles, exhaustion, nervousness – most of the new mothers are faced with this. The reason for all this is fatigue.
Mom should rest. Be sure to fall asleep, go to bed. House affairs can wait, ask your husband or other family members. In the first days after childbirth, the level of hormones in the female body is still high. This can cause poor mood, depression, emotional stress.
It may seem to mom that the whole world is configured against her, she does not want to see anyone and there is no desire to communicate. Listening to stories about the birth of different women, you understand that such states are quite often, and they can last up to several weeks. Mom in this period needs sensitivity and understanding.
A mandatory procedure after childbirth is an ultrasound of the uterus. At the same time, the doctor checks the uterus for postpartum balances. If there are problems, the young mother can be assigned to clean. An examination of the gynecologist is also necessary – he will check the uterus for reduction and if it is insufficient to prescribe a dropper of a special drug.
Every tenth woman in labor suffers from postpartum depression. Usually its symptoms begin after discharge from the maternity ward, but there are exceptions. In the story of one of the women, it sounded that her depression began when clothes were brought for a newborn to the hospital.
In most cases, postpartum depression does not require, there is enough conversation with a psychologist.
