Nutrition of a pregnant woman will have a child!

  • December 27, 2018

Pregnancy and childbirth are normal physiological processes occurring in the body of a woman. In these periods, all organs and systems of the body carry a double load. This is necessary to ensure the normal development and vital activity of the emerged body and intrauterine growth of the fetus.

During pregnancy, there is an increased need for vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and minerals. Due to the fact that a pregnant woman has a large load on the liver, so as not to overload her, it is recommended to focus on a milk-growing diet. It’s no secret that in our time all women want to be slender, elegant and very often exhausted. Diets are one-sided, on one product, which is very weakening the body, because it does not receive the necessary vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and mineral salts necessary for it daily.

The diet must be balanced, t. e. contain all the necessary nutrients in the corresponding proportions.

If they are violated, metabolic diseases develop. An imbalance occurs in the body, it looks like an unbalancing in any coordinated mechanism. Irreversible changes occur, diseases develop, which very often acquire a chronic form and are not amenable to complete cure. :- (

Food allergies often occur often. Especially when eating red vegetables, when eating honey and other beekeeping products.

A pregnant woman is strictly prohibited for weight loss, with the exception of one -day unloading days with excess weight gain.

Such a weight gain sometimes speaks of hidden edema of the mother and fetus, so the gynecologist in the female consultation, where a pregnant woman is observed, prescribes an apple day or baked potatoes, which very well removes excess fluid from the body.

The main in the nutrition of a pregnant woman is the obligatory presence of such the most full -fledged and balanced products in the diet: milk, eggs, fish, chicken and beef – not fatty varieties.

An additional source of vitamins and minerals is fruits and vegetables. It is advisable to consume them fresh or, if it is vegetables, undergo a slight culinary processing in the form of baking or steaming, so vitamins and other beneficial substances are preserved better.

The presence of all kinds of cereals prepared from various cereals is very important for nutrition of pregnant women.
