The main factors that allow, through fitness, to achieve excellent consequences in the healing of the body – healthy nutrition without harmful carbohydrates and fats, rational physical exertion for endurance and strength exercises, activation of the lifestyle.

What do we get from fitness classes?

First of all – weight loss, gaining flexibility of muscles and joints, acceleration of metabolism, increasing energy potential. Regular fitness classes at home increase immunity, resistance to infections, improve the performance of internal organs. If there is no way to visit fitness centers, you can perfectly replace classes in the club with home training. You can buy a cardio traffic, but if this is not possible, then without it you can achieve the desired results.

The most important thing in fitness is an increase in the load, but you need to do this regularly and gradually. First they train the heart and blood vessels, and then proceed to training various muscles. The duration of physical education should be at least an hour, since in the first half an hour the body chooses energy from carbohydrates, and then from the accumulations of fat. Typically, training is carried out every two days.

How to train your heart correctly?

It can be swimming, walking, skiing or special cardio traffic. For untrained people, you can recommend starting cardio loads from walking on foot. It is desirable to walk about 20 minutes, to a state of pleasant fatigue, without shortness of breath and heartbeat. Ideally, you need to take such walks through the air up to three times a day, gradually increasing the load. It’s good to wear a backpack with a heaviness from a half -kilogram to three kilograms.

There are several varieties. These are exercise bikes, treadmills, elliptical simulators. The most effective, and therefore the most popular type of simulators is an elliptical one, as they will combine the qualities of both the treadmill, and an exercise bike and a stepper that imitates the rise in the steps.

Power training involves the development of different muscle groups, giving them a beautiful shape, and also with power loads, fat accumulations are very actively burned.

There are many excellent exercises to correct the figure and influence on certain muscle groups. For example, an expander is used for the shoulder girdle.
