Someone loves honey cake, and someone more likes an apple pie. Despite its simplicity, apples’ pie has an exquisite and delicate taste. There are quite a lot of recipes for its preparation. The classic version includes only apples, but in addition to them you can add pears or bananas to the filling.
Initially, the apple pie was an “emergency” dish. For its preparation, they took a stale loot or bread, cut it from crusts, focused abundantly with cream and butter. A layer of cream and oils was covered with peeled and chopped apples and sprinkled with sugar, vanilla, nuts and cinnamon. After that, the pie with apples was put in the stove and baked.
Modern charlotte is baked using flour and apples. Bread and loaf are no longer used for its preparation. Cream and oil are also not used, which makes the pie less high -calorie.
So, if you decide to cook an apple pie, take:
– Green apples – 550 g
– flour – 2 glasses
– Eggs – 4 pcs.
Preparation:
1. Peel apples, cut into thin slices.
2. Mix flour and eggs, beat with a mixer for fifteen minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold, bake for half an hour. The readiness of the apple pie can easily be checked using a wooden stick or match. If it is dry, the charlotte is ready!
If you want to try the recipe for an apple pie that was used earlier (at least, similar to it), take 200 g of soft and delicate oil, which is previously rubbed with yolk and a glass of sugar.
As you can see, a delicious apple pie with apples is not so difficult to cook. But the simplicity of its cooking does not prevent him from having an exquisite taste!
