For vigor: Mix chopped whole lemon or lime, 50 g. white or brown sugar and 3 drops of mint oil.

For drying and struggle with sweating: mix 20 g. white clay powder, 20 ml. liquid soap or shower gel and 50 g. sea ​​or ordinary salt.
